UGH I don't even CARE anymore!

Well, the big day is 2 weeks away and all I can say is that I am SO ready for it to be over.  I'm not stressed, more annoyed.  Planning a wedding in NY from NC was the biggest mistake of my life.  I know I am going to have a good time and it will be a great day but it's just so irritating.  My step-mom is taking care of everything up there for me and I appreciate it, but she's seriously stressing out and freaking out about everythng.  I know something will go wrong, I am ok with it.  I know that people might not show up that RSVP'd and I am ok with it.  I just want it to be over.  Jeff and I live together, have a 5 month old (who will be 6 months on my wedding day) and it's all just paper and a party now.  Anyone else feel this way?

    I've been saying I can't wait til it's over, too! Not because I'm stressed. Just because it's alllllllll I think about! Just want to relax and enjoy my summer!

    My mom and aunt are stressing out for me! :) Everyone says "wow, you're the calmest bride I've ever worked with" and my mom's like "That's because I'm the one with all the stress!" ... I think you got the right idea. Just leave it to her, sit back, and just enjoy it. No point in worrying about every little thing!

    I am WAY too stressed....and I also can't wait for it to be over!  All I say these days is "I wish it was October 16th" which is the day after!!!  Just be thankful that you have people who are more than willing to help...my mom seems clueless these days! (and I mean that in the nicest way possible!)

    I feel your pain! I am planning a NY wedding from Texas! I am kind of over the whole wedding thing and ready for it to be over. Luckily only 6 weeks to go. My mom and FMIL are taking care of a lot which I appreciate immensly. I will kind of blindly going to this wedding... I won't know what the flowers look like, the cake, the decor, everything like that I gave them ideas of what I liked and they are going to run with it. I trust them compeletely with everything but I guess I am just anxious to get to the wedding day to see everything. It is kind of out of my hands which is scary.

    I'm glad I am not the only one in this boat! 
    My stepmom calls me like every day asking about RSVPs.  We had them sent to her house!  How am I supposed to know?  Gah!
    I appreciate everything she is doing for me, but I honestly can't do anything about stuff becuase I am down here!

    Been there.  ugh.  A week or 2 before, people would ask if I was looking forward to the wedding and I would fire back with "I'm looking forward to the honeymoon"... Even the day before the wedding I was ready for it to be over.  I actually walked up to another couple who was somewhat recently engaged and with pathetic desperation in my eyes, told them to "ELOPE!!"... looking back I am so annoyed at myself that I let the stress get to me and said some of the things I said...    I wish I would have found a way to just shake it off and enjoy it a little bit more.
