  Yes Melissa created/ran it. But, I do not have any admin privledges.  I think someone else might have them though. 

  
  I'm for changing it or moving the info to a more normal website... I don't think the blog format is very easy to use.

  I find it very difficult to find things on it. Plus it's not helpful to only have positive vendor reviews posted.

  There was a reason behind having only positive reviews, but I can't exactly remember why.

  I believe that the reason negative posts were removed/not allowed was because of libel and slander issues with some vendors a few years ago.  I'm not totally sure but I think there was some case of a vendor suing brides who made defamatory comments/really bad reviews about them and scared away business... not sure, but anyways. 

  
  

  The nc bride bio was supposed to be where people put their best experiences and recommend vendors to other brides. It's not a total sounding board about all vendors, it's basically a collection of the recommended vendors that have been used in the past.  So, if you don't see a vendor on there, that could mean that they haven't been used by many knot brides in the past, or there could be some negative experience. Which is why most people end up asking here about vendors not listed on the bio... 

  
  

  Also, I don't think it's really been updated that much recently, so many of the vendors used by brides in the last year or so probably aren't reviewed on there.

  Can we please move it to an actual website or something easier to read/use? It seems like a useful site, but just very difficult to move around on.
