bags for welcome bags?

Hi all,
I'm trying to find some cute paper gift/shopping bags, with handles, to use for welcome bags for my OOT guests. Don't want to spend more than $1 each, because we have to do them for about 40 hotel rooms and actually buy the stuff to go inside! So no-go on the canvas ones knot.com sells. Any recommendations for a place to buy bags? They'd ideally be 8-10 inches high so they can fit a bottle of water. Don't need to be personalize-able, I'm happy just doing sticker tags.
Thanks!

I actually had a cute idea for mine...I LOVE shopping, so I'm planning to use smaller shopping bags from my favorite stores. The best part is that they're free!

Haha that's such a fun idea. I love shopping too, but don't think I could get away with that as an excuse to stop by my fave stores. My fiance wouldn't buy it. =/

discount totes.com has some really great prices on bags.  They are polyester or canvas or whatever.  They have a bunch to choose from and are really reasonable.  This way the actual tote bag can be part of their welcome gift as well!

    Oriental Trading Company!
I got  large re-usable (like canvas grocery bags) bags that have hibiscus flowers on them for my OOT guests who are coming to the beach. They were less than a dollar each and really cute!

I also suggest Dollar Tree & Oriental Trading.

Also, if you go to the DT website, you can order bulk orders. That might work well.

Michael's sells packages of 13 brown paper giftbags that if you use the 40% off coupons come to 38 cents each.  They also have different colored ones but they are a little more.

Thanks for the advice, everyone! We stopped by Party City this weekend and got a bunch for 99c each, ordered the ribbon and tissue paper online for cheap. Yay!
