Changing App hour into Reception in same space?

Our appetizer hour and reception have to be in the same space. How do we set up for the reception but serve apps without disturbing our reception tables? I defintely need to set up the tables for the reception before the wedding (my family is catering and decorating) but I also have to serve apps in the same room. Any suggestions?

    </div><div>I think a lot of wedding shows nowadays show the cocktail hour and reception in different rooms, but that's not possible in a lot of venues, and that's OK. As long as guests are fed, they don't generally care if there's a "reveal" of the reception space. </div>
  • Im just not sure how to keep the tables clean and looking pretty for the reception during app hour.
