I'm getting my makeup done at a MAC counter for my engagement party. It costs $50, but in products that you have to purchase. My question is, do I tip the makeup artist on top of buying the $50 worth? I've never had it done at a counter before and am not sure on etiquette for this.

I didn't do it when I went to Sephora (same deal with the $50). I'd be interested to see what everyone else says.
