So FI and I didn't get to the gym yesterday, I had to go to a work conference/expo thing that was in a city a couple hours away for the day, came back late and had a business meeting at night. I did however log quite a bit of walking at the expo and made sure to put that in MFP. Apparently I was too far under my calories yesterday (like 500 cals under). This seems to be my biggest problem with it all, and always kinda has been... I tend to not eat ENOUGH to lose the weight and build muscle the way I want to....

Does anyone do the whole working out at a kids playground thing? I have been seeing more and more about it on Pinterest and was always kinda interested in it, looks like a fun way to tie in a workout! I think FI and I might try it out this weekend

We live in a pretty small town, so early in the mornings and later in the evenings the playgrounds are always dead lol
