  I'm using Dana from Dana Bartone...haven't gotten married yet, but I was very happy w/ my trial.  They're located in Cheshire, or will travel to you for a (pretty reasonable) fee.

  Larissa Lake! I cannot say enough great things about her. She’s based out of Wethersfield, but will travel to your house or hotel, too.  She charges a minimal travel fee. She has gotten quite popular over the past couple of years, so check out her site (she has a calendar with her availability on it

  Susan Houde from Naomi's Salon in West Hartford. She travels to you and did an amazing job with airbrush for my wedding in Monroe. My skin was flawless and she was awesome to work with.

  I researched both Larissa Lake and Dana Bartone, knowing they are board favorites and I will admit both work looks very good!  However, they both seems expensive in my opinion, especially when you start adding travel fees. Since I'm on a budget and still want to try and get as close to my dream wedding as possible I've researching alternatives. I have a makeup trial with Makeup by Samar. She is definitely my favorite that I found (especially for airbrushing) as far as price, value, quality and personality!  She does airbrushing which was important to me and travels at no fee! She has been extremely nice and more much accommodating, flexible and willing to work with me (compared to the above mentioned board favorites). My trial is in a couple weeks

  I am using Dana Barton and Co for hair (I am working with Dana, and my trial is in a couple weeks) and for makeup I went with Danielle Santagata. She does amazing work She does airburhs.  She did my makeup for our e-pics and it was flawless! She has also been working with me to re-shape my eyebrows and they look amazing. She is great!!!! I am having my makeup trial for the wedding the weekend of my bachelorette party in March so I can wear it out
