Catering using my own recipes

I have my menu planned out from recipes of my own but I realize that I can't be the one cooking and serving the food. It's a small wedding (50 people). Does anyone have ideas for where to look for caterers that will use my recipes?

Check on your local board, but just start calling a few.

My DD married into an Italian family and as far as her FI and FIL were concerned, it was all about the pasta and wine.  It was very important to her FI that the "family" sauce recipe be used.  Caterer had no problem with it whatsoever.

Just do a regular caterer search, but focus on smaller, newer outfits. Be sure to still do a tasting. My father insisted on chopped liver at my parents' wedding, something the country club wasn't used to making. Apparently, they got liver soup.
