    Hey! Its going well actually.

    I thought I was going to die last week, but its amazing how much a difference a week makes. I was dreading plyometrics again (it literally took me 3 days to recover last time), but I was fine this week. Maybe a little sore/tight, but good overall.

    I have yoga tonight. How about you?

    Isn't it so funny what a difference one week makes?! I totally know what you're talking about being sore for 3 days after plyo.

    Tonight is Kenpo. I always say that's the easiest, but I swear I sweat buckloads during that exercise! Tomorrow is our rest/stretch night and I'm really excited to relax!!!

    I'm excited to weigh myself after the 1st phase; I can certainly feel a difference in my clothes, but not sure about the scale yet.

    I was surprised how much I actually worked in Kenpo. At first I thought I wasnt really doing anything, but then my shoulders/back/arms were actually sore the next day.

    I feel like even after 10 days my clothes are starting to fit differently. I put on a pair of jeans and they were definitely looser in the waist....however I also haven't washed them in a couple wearings so I'm hoping its not just because they stretched!

    Ya, Kenpo is deceiving! My shoulders/arms/back definitely feel it the next day. My kicks are definitely starting to get higher, which is a nice improvement. But, I'm sure Yoga has something to do with it, helping with my flexibility.

    Only 10 more weeks to go! I'm CRAVING food that's bad for me, like you wouldn't believe!
