Olowalu Brides- Shuttle Service for Guests??

Hey all past and future Olowalu Brides,

I am just wondering if any of you offered shuttle service to and from Olowalu for your guests. Did you have a town car for you & your husband?? If so what company and what were the costs?

    We didn't do transportation for our guests - with people staying in 5 different locations, the cost was prohibitive. Take a look at Jackcody's Maui bio for recommendations for transport though. Hers is really thorough. We just took a taxi home, as we weren't doing a grand exit or anything like that; we wanted to be there the whole time!

    I wouldn't even recommend the taxi company because he got lost, LOL!

    We weren't at Olowalu but we didn't provide transportation, either.  It was actually nice for guests to be able to arrive and leave as they needed, and we saved the money and put it toward a whale watching cruise for everyone the next day instead.

    I'd like to know, too! We're planning on 150 guests, so we'll need to have shuttle service. :( We're going to try to convince our guests to stay in Ka'anapali so shuttle service won't be too bad, but I would love to know as well...

    We were going to but decided not to mainly because our guests can get there faster themselves... the shuttle would have to go from condo to condo to pick them up.  We will encourage people to car pool tho.  Even with all of our guests staying on the west side from Kahana to Lahaina it can take over an hour to transport everyone.  Olowalu is only about a 15 minute drive from Kaanapali.

    As there is a two hour min. on the way to Olowalu we will have a limo to transport the ladies and then the limo will pick up the guys.  At the end of the evening we will have 2 limos...a town car just for us and another for my BMs, parents and maybe grandmother. Sorry i do not know the name of the limo company as my WC booked them. HTH! J. :-)

    Hello :) 
    we got married at Olowalu and got a bus to shuttle passengers from a meeting point near our hotel to the site and back at the end of the night. Its pretty far from the main hotel area and this way our guests could drink and relax and not worry about anything it was $757.50 for the round trip of a 24 passenger bus. they also had a larger bus option if we needed it. Hope that helps :)
