Rustic Winter Wedding Locations

Me and my fiance have changed our plans and are now planning a december 2011 wedding in the Milwaukee/Madison area.  We really like the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center but are looking for some more options for winter venues.  We would love a fireplace and north lodge sort of feel.  Any suggestions?

    Check out Hubbard Park Lodge in Shorewood, WI (just North of Milwaukee) - could be just what you're looking for:

    Not sure of your budget, but they can be a bit pricey.  Very elegant for a "lodge" setting, but maybe for a winter wedding it's cheaper??  We considered them for our summer wedding, but wanted to do open bar and the liquor prices got high pretty quickly.
