Details: Brides & bridal parties join my 30-day Shakeology challenge starting on July 1st 2012. Lose weight, feel more energized, and improve your digestion. And that’s just the beginning!!!!
Here is how it will work:
1. Go to www.beachbodycoach.com/osarsar Join for free on the orange box then Click on Shop, then Shakeology and then order Shakeology on home direct, whatever flavor you prefer (chocolate bag highly recommended)(OR sign up to be a coach! ask for details for this discount!)
Why Home direct? FREE SHIPPING and because at the end of 30 days, if you are not completely happy with your results, you can return the bag or box for a full refund and cancel your HD order. But….if you love it—and you WILL—you won’t have to worry about missing a single day. I have samples($4) for those who would like to try it first, but don’t wait because the challenge starts on July 1st and you want to make sure you’re ready to roll!
2. Send me your weight and measurements (on facebook)—at the start and then again at the end of the challenge.
3. Workout at least ½ an hour 3 times a week you get free access to 2 Shakeology workouts when on HD. You will also have to be aware of your eating we recommended:
Replacing one meal a day with Shakeology.
Breakfast: Within an hour of waking up.
Snack: 2 to 3 hours after breakfast.
Lunch: 2 to 3 hours after snack.
Snack: 2 to 3 hours after lunch.
Dinner: Finish at least 3 hours before bed.
When deciding what to eat, choose your snacks and meals wisely. Balance your diet with fruits, veggies, beans, lean meats, and low-fat dairy. Just remember to eat moderate amounts of protein and fats, and fuel your body with foods that are high in fiber and low in sugar content. Well share recipes to help each other out!
4. At the end of the 30 days—July 30th—the person who has lost the highest percentage (weight loss/current weight x 100) on Shakeology will win the Red Rockin Body DVD (rock it out/hard-core abs/booty time)
