im ordering 200 for 50 only cause i want 2 colors... but to be honest ppl only really pay attention to them the first time they go to the bar or whatever and see them....i say get 2-4  per person and get the rest plain in the colors..if not 2 per person per hour the bar is open...(if ur ganna have them at the bar)

If I were you, I would only order 150-200. Just so everyone has a chance to get one. (thats what I'm doing)You dont want to order too many because you will have a lot leftovers.

Laura: You dont need to buy napkins, they are included in your cocktail hour package. You just need to buy if you want the personalized napkins.

I asked my coordinator before I ordered mine, and she said 300 for roughly 120 guests should be good.

We'll have some at the bar and some with the servers passing around the hor dourves.

we had 200 guests...I ordered 4 sets of 100...we used one set for the rehearsal dinner and the other 3 sets for the wedding...one set was used for cocktail only and the other two were used for the bars...no joke...there were like 20 left!

I have 50 guests, and I'm prob. only ordering 100 for the cocktail hour. Guests will notice them when they first see them then won't pay attention again.

Ok thanks so much for all the input.
I was going to get 3 sets each of 2 colors= thats 600. But now i think it may be too many. Prob just 2 sets of each 2 colors. Ill leave some for the cocktail hour and the rest for the bar during reception.

Dee- since you used them for multiple occasions did you order with different dates on them? Or just not include one.
