    Rant:  I'm stuck inside until 5:30, I want to spend time in the sun Cry  And it looks like Saturday will be rainy :::pout::: I wanted good weather for the Solstice Parade.

    Rave:  I used my KitchenAid stand mixer for the 1st time last night and made some Gooey Butter Cake for my friend's b-day today (I guess it's a St. Louis specialty, where she's from).  And it turned out SO good, but it is TOTAL fat kid food.

    Rave:  The wedding and honeymoon are 100% paid for!  We paid off the last credit card bill that had the last of the WR/Honeymoon expenses on there this week :::woot woot::::!!!!!!!!

    Rant: I have a cold. It is the middle of June. It sucks
    Rant pt 2: I'm a receptionist. I hate having to greet people with my nose all stuffy. Also, it really sucks answering 100+ phone calls with a sore throat. uhhh

    Rant: I was going to start school next week. But my mother never took care of her part of the financial aid forms, so I will start in August. This was determined a couple of weeks ago, but I just saw the date on the calendar. and I'm just a little disappointed to not be starting on Monday. :\\

    Rave: The FI and I are going to adopt a second furbaby tomorrow. I read how the Seattle Humane Society is waiving adoption fees for cats over 1 year old-- and we've been talking about it for a while, so we decided it's time. We went last night to look at one cat in particular, but he doesn't get along well with other cats. So we figured we'll head back on Saturday and find one that does. EEEEK! :]]]]

    Rave: My FI is being super sweet. He's been keeping his distance while I'm sick but he's doing such a great job making me tea and cuddling me up in warm blankets. Its so nice knowing he can take care of me while I'm sick.

    Mini Rave: I used up all the stamps on my frequent buyer card at my local coffee place, so I am going to get a free drink this afternoon. (It's the little things)

    Rant:  Just found out last night that one of my BM's isn't coming to my bachelorette party.  I am trying not to be upset about it, but my feelings are hurt.  Also, she didn't tell me, she told FMIL, who told FI, which I thought was kind of lame :(   I'm sure my party will still be fun, I was just really looking forward to having here there.

    Rave:  It's Friday!  I think we might go see Hangover 2 tonight.  And tomorrow we are bottling and labeling our wine for the wedding!

    Rant: 6 days. SIX FREAKING DAYS and NINE. yes. 9. Phone calls later, Direct TV has finally got their crap together and will come give us satellite reception back. sunnofa..

    Rave: FI got out of work early this morning! Fridays at his work are always meetings, and today they just had a morning meeting so he is on his way home!  yay ! :)

    Rant: I still don't have a venue because now the lady is on vacation.... therefore we still have no set date, though I am assuming October 15th is the day, I don't want to start on my invites until I know for sure. 
    Rant: Finding a inexpensive caterer bites a big one!!!
    Rave: I am getting may hair done on Saturday!!!
    Rave: The FI and I are really learning how to communicate super good with all this wedding planning!!!
    I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine today! Next week is suppose to be pretty awesome too!!! Have a great day all!!!

    Rant: still haven't figured out what to do about hair and makeup - and only 43 days to go!  Have a feeling I'll be doing it all myself and I am not good at it! 

    Rave: we got our rings!  They are beautiful and fit; FI had them engraved as a surprise for me.
