It lists everyone we've invited to the wedding, their address, their phone numbers, the number that I wrote on the RSVP card that was stuck in their particular envelope just in case they forget to write their name. It lists what gifts we've been given, what thank you notes we've written. If they've responded (verbally or by returning the card) it has their yes/no response. It lists who we're inviting to the rehearsal dinner. It's got contact information for all of our vendors, and dates we need to send payments.
Basically, it has everything you could possibly want to know about our wedding.
It's corrupted. It won't open as anything readable.
Good thing I have a Google docs backup from yesterday.
If you're like me and keep everything digitally, you should know about Google docs. It's free, you can access it from any computer with an internet connection, and you can "share" it so more than one person can have access to it. The only thing I've lost on the Excel file are the changes I've made today, and I can easily re-do those.
I'm a firm believer in the back-up file.
