    North FL
    4. How did you and FI Meet?
    We met through a mutual friend at a Halloween party.
    5. How long have you been together?
    3 years and 3 months
    6. Do you live together? Why or why not?
    Yep. Once we both graduated, we decided to move in together. It was the right time for us to do it and we both love it!
    7. How did FI propose?
    He wanted to propose at Biltmore (one of my favorite places) and had the tickets and a hotel room booked. A month before the trip (that I had no idea about), I found an amazing deal on a cruise that was sailing in 11 days. I talked to FI about it and he couldn't turn down a cruise (we may or may not be cruise addicts...). We went on the cruise and he proposed one night on deck under the stars. It caught me completely by surprise. I felt bad about accidentally ruining his original plans when he told me about them, but we both wouldn't change it for the world.
    8. How long of an engagement are you having/did you have? Why?
    16 months - I want a spring wedding and I didn't want to rush to plan a wedding after getting engaged in November.
    9. Favorite wedding vendor so far?
    The only thing we have booked is our ceremony/reception venue. I'm excited about all the family history involved in the venue, so it's really special for me.
    10. Biggest piece of wedding advice you can share so far?
    Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and say NO. Everyone has an opinion about our wedding, and some of them are just crazy!
    11. What do you do for a career? What does FI do?
    I work as a Regulatory Specialist, and FI is a programmer.
    12. Do you think you could be/will ever be a stay at home mama?
    We would both love for me to be able to if we can afford it when the time comes.
    13. Do you want children? Any potential names yet?
    Hopefully there will be a few kids in our future. I am picky about names, so that's going to be tough to figure out.
    14. Do you have any pets? Names?
    We have two cats, Wednesday and Domino. They are my kids!
    15. Do you have any siblings?
    I have a little brother who just turned 18.
    16. What is your favorite food?
    Indian food. Mmmmmmmmmm
    17. What is your favorite movie?
    Singin' in the Rain =)
    18. What is your favorite drink? (Alcohol and Non-Alcohol)
    Margarita/Sweet Tea
    19. What is the hardest part of wedding plans for you?
    So far the guest list has been pretty horrible to deal with. It's still a work in progress...
    20. Where are you honeymooning?
    We both change our minds every day. We are considering going on two shorter trips since another friend is getting married right after us. We definitely want a warm and relaxing honeymoon.
    21. What is the best thing you learned on The Knot?
    So many things: out of town boxes, all the etiquette I had no idea about before, all of the amazing DIY projects
    22. What's one city you would love to live in for a year?
    New York
    23. What do you love most about your FI?
    He's so incredibly sweet and thoughtful.
    24. If you have an extra $5000 to put towards your wedding only, what would you spend it on?
    More/better booze, more food, more flowers
    25. What is one silly thing about you?
    FI and I love to sit in bed on Saturday mornings and watch Spongebob. You are never too old for Spongebob!
    26. What Knottie wedding would you love to attend?
    I would have loved to see Navy's. I'm sure all of her insane DIY projects turned out great.
    27. What is something you learned from The Knot that you never heard of prior?
    I had no idea what a dollar dance was.

    I suck at planning/being organized! This should be an interesting year.
