Food tasting on Saturday

I'm going to my food tasting on Saturday (finally woo!).  Just curious if there's anything I need to bring, or any questions I should ask.

    We didn't bring anything, but we did take a look at our numbers just before we left. They should give you a pen and something to write on so you can plan out your menu as you eat it. Once we got an idea of what we wanted, we started doing a bit of math in our heads (that's why we looked at our numbers, haha).  Bring an appetite!
