Hey guys! It was brought to my attention I neglected to post how the wedding went!
First, I have to say my friends are STILL talking about it! Apparently it was "the best wedding we have ever been to!!" We had so much fun and I was SOOOO excited by the time we did our first look photos. I really can't wait to see our photos from the photographer!!
During the reception, my attendants did a great job of giving me my very own Bridesmaids moment.

I cried...a lot...out of happiness. Flan really stepped it up with the dancing...I wish I had video of that!
Finally, one thing I have to add are the things that didn't go well. First, always trust your instincts. I wondered if I should remind my MIL to bring the sparklers, was told, "No, she will remember," so I didn't. In the end, our getaway was a little less than sparkly. Second, I didn't tell anyone what to load in my car. In all the excitement, I forgot my clothes for the next day. My FIL had to drive 45 minutes out of his way and crash our wedding night (bonus, he did grab Flan's tux to return it the next day!)
It was a blast...and for everyone who told me that we should have gone away to get married, I have to say they were wrong. I had so much fun, even though there was some drama, and wouldn't change a thing.
