Indoor Ceremony site eastside suburbs or Lake County

I'm looking for  a reasonably priced, indoor, non-church ceremony site for about 100 guests.  We're planning to get married outdoors, but I need a rain alternate. Hopefully one I love as much as my outdoor location.  We could do a church if they'd rent us the space only and didn't require us to use their pastor or go to marriage classes.

I don't know if it is considered Eastside, but Hawthorne Valley Country Club in Solon has an outdoor veranda that they do a lot of ceremonies on, and it is  covered in case of rain.  They also have walls that can come down if necessary.  It's really pretty and it's elevated, so it looks out onto the golf course.

Patterson Fruit Farm has a nice rustic building for rent  with a fireplace etc. inside.
