Mani/Pedi fair price?

Ladies,

I am thinking of starting my own mani/pedi side business and would like to get some imput on prices. Please let me know if you would pay these prices? Do you think they are fair? Too much? Too little? 

Fingers

$10

$12 with nail art on accents (four fingers total)

$15 for all fingers with nail art design

 

Toes

$12

$14 for nail art on big toes only

$16 for all toes with nail art

    I don't know how much things cost in Omaha, but I'm guessing a heck of a lot less than in California.  Here it's $15-25 for a pedicure, and similarly priced for a manicure.  I'd say you're in the right ballpark.

    Have you visited any other salons to see what they charge?

    Not sure what prices there run but here in the Cleveland, OH area a pedi is around $35 and a mani is $15-20. Not sure what nail art goes for.

    Just wondering if you have a nail / cosmetology license? If not you can be banned from ever getting one and/or served some heavy fines if you go ahead with this business. If you do please excuse my ignorance and yes your prices seem very fair. I would go any less or you would be underpaying yourself :) Good Luck
