We're having a marinated and grilled portabella tart with smoked mozzarella and tomatoes for the appetizer, 4 passed hors d'oeurves - my favorite so far is the spicy chipotle chicken empanada - 4 mains and a bunch of starches.

I love this menu so far and the caterer is a culinary genius; we are featuring 25 dishes in total including the hors d'oeurves, appetizer, salad, main, starches etc.

We're also having our cake and a signature desert (individual chocolate covered strawberry pies).

Sorry this is so long, but I want to surprise my guests and I wanted to share this with someone.

Our first tasting is on Friday!
