Are the Fly Free America Vouchers a scam?

Has anyone heard of or used these? We received a voucher for 2 free flights as long as we stay at one of their listed hotels in U.S./Mexico/Caribbean/Europe. I'm a little apprehensive of trying it just because I can't find a lot of info on the company. Does anyone know anything about them? I'd appreciate it!

    If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There is probably some sort of "catch" whether it be a time-share meeting or the hotels are astronomically expensive.
