Excel Checklist

Hey guys! Does anyone have an excel checklist that is created for kind of everything such as guest list, addresses, y or n for rsvp, ty notes, gift they gave, etc.? I need a template or something...

  • I did one, but I'm not savvy enough to figure out how to clear my info and send it for you.  I'll just break it down for you.  I did one spreadsheet file, but had 4 different sheets to it, and each had different columns.  I would copy and paste the guest list to each sheet.  Also, I had the guest list broken into groups, like my family, H's, friends, family friends, etc.  I had a seperate count after each group which helped me keep track easier. 

    1st sheet columns - Guest, address, RSVP and how many, and meal selected.  I also color coated the RSVP column as it came in.  Green was yes and all the people invited were coming, red was none were coming, and yellow was some of the invited were coming.  Helped my count. 

    2nd sheet columns - Person invited to shower (if anyone), RSVP, gift received, TY sent

    3rd sheet columns - wedding gift, TY sent

    4th sheet - I used this one to play around with the seating chart possibilities.
