  There was someone on here a few days ago advertising fake floral bouquets and rhinestones and we directed her to Craigslist since it (advertising/spam) isn't allowed on the TK message boards. She might see your post and PM you, but I also agree that Etsy would be a good place to start.

  I know Expressions of Decor used to do silk floral arranging.  You might want to check and see if that is something she would be willing to do for you.
