Since I am unemployeed, busting my ass to get a job is always the first check. Today my mom and I put up the christmas decor, looks like santa puked in our living room. Then went with her to be a witness to a will. Exciting day, I know. haha.

Im on break. . so I vegged today and sent a million different emails about a mission project I'm heading up.

Then I went to Wally World and finished shopping for my younger siblings and neices.

Now Im vegging again with DH watching Victoria Secrets Fashion Show and then Hell's Kitchen.

I worked... It was a fairly slow day -- only two procedures and I was out by 2 PM!! Got the Christmas cards to the post office and came home for a few hours!

Had to give new patient orientation (we do this once a month for patients who are getting ready to go through/thinking about going through IVF) with one of our physicians at the hospital tonight. Luckily, it was the one who likes to hurry up and get done, so we finished in 1.5 hours! I always wear scrubs for work, so this was my once or twice a month I have to put on my "big girl" clothes and play dress up for a room full of people. It was good though -- the last one I have to do in Austin!!! Now I am home and watching Top Chef

I went to work. We had a Christmas Party at Maggiannos and I won a popcorn maker. Pretty uneventful.

I worked too. They forgot to schedule someone to close so I was going to do it. My manager told me I could close at 6 instead of 9 since I came in at 9:30am. Well, the owner didn't know anything about it and so I got bitched out for closing early. Oh well, only 5 more days of work then I'm moving to Greensboro.

Yea, that's ridiculous! I hate when people don't communicate to one another!

Yesterday I went to work and then we had our work Chirstmas party! It's always so much fun and it was my first one as a full time employee! I've worked here for 2 1/2 years while I was in undergrad, but they made a new position just for me! Last night was really fun and one of the broker's husbands got waaaasted and dropped his wedding ring on the floor and was crawling around looking for it...it was a mess, but hysterical. That's what you get for drinking martinis when everyone else is drinking beer or wine!

Yesterday I worked until 130pm. Made a quick trip to Joann's Fabrics and spent $90 on tulle and elastic. Made it home by 3pm and started making tu tu's with some ladies from my neighborhood. We all finished one tu tu when we called it quits. I started a second (five more to go) while I watched Survivor.

Today, I'll work, go to the gym, and neighbood ladies GNO/Christmas party. I just know there is going to be super good food at the Christmas party so I need to get in a quick/effective workout in before I hit the food and drink. Hopefully, I will get home early enough to finish my second tu tu.
