Yes, I would check out department stores, especially around Easter!

We got ours at JC Penney's too. If you get it online, you can pick it up in the store (my FG is in Dallas). She tried it on and it's SOOO cute! And $30 DEFINITELY beats $100. Also, if you are having a RB, they have little tuxes at JC Penney's too, but that might depend on the age (both my FG and RB are like 3-4). I know the FG dresses go all the way up in girl's sizes though. But yea, I would look online instead of in the store, because there is more selection, and it's much quicker!

I got mine off of Etsy.

I second JC Penny's online...I actually just ordered a tux for my 2 year old nephew today. Men's Warehouse wanted like $80 and I paid $50 plus they ship it to the store for free.

You could also try Marshall's or TJ Maxx.

I used http://www.flowergirldressforless.com. They have a ton of dresses online, super cute, super cheap and they deliver really fast!!! We had the dress within a week of ordering it. And quality of the dress is awesome.

I have also been looking for places to find a flower girl dress.  Thanks for the websites!

Update:  I found the same dresses that JC Penney is offering on their website, on the Kohl's website & they had a lot of the sizes that weren't available at JCP, so that is another option.
