sososo excited and nervous about going in for a mortgage pre-approval tomorrow!
we opened a joint savings account about a year ago (before we were engaged) so we could save for a down payment on a house.
i graduated college in 2010 and have worked several temporary, short term jobs. i'm currently working a mat leave until feb 2013 after which i hope to be pursuing photography full-time. my fiance graduated last april (2011) and started his current job in july.
we have over $20,000 in our savings account and he has another few thousand in investments...hopefully we can get a good mortgage so we can afford a nice house!!
