  By 'TC' do you mean Traverse City?  That's the first city that comes to my mind and Grand Rapids isn't really close to it.... you might want to try another local board.

  They are excellent and their staff is top notch. A friend from Grad school worked there all the way through school and always said that not only were they great employers the co-workers were great.
  
  I know they are really popular though... hopefully you can find someone soon!
