Whitening Strips

Hey Ladies!

Hope you all are having a great Wednesday. I am wondering if there any great whitening strips I should use. I have reasonable white teeth but want to use it to clear any stains.

I've used the Creststrip Pro version and it has worked decently. You take 2 each day for 10 days and it lasts about 6 months. I will likely use it again before the wedding.

I used Crest white strips. I couldn't do the two a day because my teeth get really sensitive to them, but I started earlier and did one a day. DH does the Listerin (SP?) ones that disolve in your mouth. He likes those because he can just put them in on his drive to work and he's done by the time he gets there. I want to try those next time.

Ooh, ooh I learned a trick to help with this. (My teeth get really sensitive, too.) Floss right before you put the strips on. Yes, it's a lot of flossing, lol, but it really helps.

I just bought the Crest 3d whitestrips today at the drugstore....i'll let you know how they go!  I'm hoping they work in a week's time!!!

I use the crest whitestrips pro. They work really well. You don't have to use them as they say. Every once in a while I will use one on a day and use another one the next day. I feel like the results are pretty instantaneous. Also, look online or in magazine before you but them in stores. They can be kinda spendy. I wouldn't use the off brands, FMIL actually "burned" her gums using them. The chemical really hurt her gums and turned them whitish. Werid!

Yeah I will just use one and see how that is. I have major sensitive teeth.

I have sensitive teeth too! I have a friend that is a hygienist & she did a mold of my teeth a few years ago and sold me (under the table) whitening gel called Polar Nite I think. It doesn't bother my teeth or gums at all! I use it for maybe 2-3 days right before an event and my teeth are all white and pretty again. Its meant to sleep with. Which the first time was hard to do. But now I'm used to it. I usually wake up around 4 or 5 am and take them out.
