I recently went on vacation and was dreading meeting up with the nutritionist when I got home. Between the beer and careless food choices I thought I was going to have a major set back. I was so suprised to learn that I had lost 4lbs, and gained 0.6 lbs of muscle. Looks like all I need was a week of rest to jump start my body! With that said, she's worried that I'm working out too intensely, so I'm going to cut down to 4 days a week, and a day of taking my bike out. Hopefully it'll keep my stress levels low so my body will continue to shed.
