Late evening snack....which one would you want??

Hello ladies :)

I am trying to decide between three options for a late night snack at my end of September wedding and I would love your opinions! We are having a full dinner with apps and cake that will be over at 7pm. We have the option to bring out one of the following later in the evening: Mini burgers and fries, ice cream sundae bar, assortment of cookies with milkshake shooters....which would you want and why?? As a background, the ice cream bar is vanilla ice cream with multiple toppings and the cookies have four different flavors( choc chip,peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, white choc macademia nut)...Thanks!!!

    I would chose the burgers and fries since I tend to want savory rather than sweet when I drink.

    burgers and fries.  I agree that if there will be alcohol served, savory is your best bet.

    Burgers and fries! I love ice cream too, but I agree that I want something salty and savory rather than sweet when I'm drinking.

    I would do little sliders for burgers, veggie burgers and maybe chicken or fish.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

     Well, I’ll be the different one. I always crave sweets, so I’d go with the ice cream bar. Then again, that’s what we did at our wedding…so I might be a tad biased.

    I would love the cookies and milkshake shooters option.  Would you be able to offer a savory/sweet combination?  I'd think that would be ideal, but the cookies and shooters intrigues me (I don't drink, so I can't speak to that ...)

    OR ... milkshake shooters and fries ;)
    But from your original three options, I would probably go for the milkshakes and cookies. I am a sucker for late-night milk and cookies.
