Help...

I need accessory help. I still have my veil and headpiece from my first dress and there is a good chance they will "match" my new dress but I am not sure. The dress itself feels like I should use a pretty hair flower and some nice sparkly dangly earrings. If I use the veil, I would have to go with a little more simple earring. The thing is, part of me wants to stay traditional and have a veil. I am just not sure this is a veil sort of dress. So what is your opinion? Here is my dress

TIA!

Tia, I almost bought that dress!  (I think, lol, if it is a maggie??If not it is a close match)  It was between that and the one I did buy.  I love it!  I tried on a veil with it that came to my elbows and didnt have any bells and whistles because the dress was so stunning.  Also, Maggie sells the embelishments on their own (I am ordering extra crystal pieces to add to my train). They were $35.  If you want something for your hair, she may sell the flowers too.  Ask the salon to call the maker and see if she can get the flowers for your hair!

One way to compromise is to wear the veil for just the ceremony. You can always do a flower and flashier earring for the reception.

I was about to say the same thing as Meaghan..

I think it would look very pretty to just have a simple veil (no beading) so it can offset your dress and wear it only for the ceremony.  I had a long cathedral length veil and it had nothing on it, just very simple and it made my dress stand out even more and really made me feel like a "bride".  I've seen girls pull it off without one, but for me, I think it completed my look :)

I love the flower in the hair (you can find tons of good prices and pieces off of Etsy that I've seen) and change it up a bit for the reception.
