Wedding Update Wednesday

Not sure if anyone is around due to the holiday, but I'll start up this thread today.  Since TK was down on sunday, I was on etsy and pinterest all day.  I ordered my veil and a directional sign from 2 etsy vendors, so excited for those to come in!  The sign will point to the left for the ceremony, and the right for the reception.  Hoping it will help guests find their way around the huge vineyard lot.

    Hey there, just popping in before I begin the dreaded task of outlining hundreds of pages of notes... yaaaayyyy....

    I may be MIA for a little while. I'm at a very weird place mentally and emotionally right now, a place that's left me feeling like being on a website like TK is pointless. I just have to figure things out in my own head, I don't feel like I can talk to anyone about this without being judged. TIA for understanding :) have fun planning, y'all!

    Hope things are ok Lorna! You let us know when you want to chat. Being on TK is a very fun but huge time waster! 

    Anyway- I have done nothing!! Nothing! Nothing! Whooops!

    I'm so sorry you're not in a good place right now.  I hope you are able to figure everything out.  If you ever need to vent, feel free to email or PM.  I will keep you in my T&P

    I actually have a (semi) wedding update to report... lol... this weekend will mark our 1/2 anniversary... and we FINALLY got our wedding pictures up on our wall.  I stole some inspiration from Kara and a frame set I saw at BBB... but we DIY'd it and are soooo thrilled with how it turned out.  We ended up doing a gallery style spread across one of the walls in our living room.  (I have super easy instructions in my blog if anyone is looking to do something similar)

    Ta-daa!!!

    save the dates went out today, which seems fitting because today is exactly 7 months until the wedding!

    Lorna, you are in my T & P as well. <3
    First comes Love (2.23.2006)
    Then comes Marriage (6.23.2012)
    Then comes Baby #1 (5.10.2013)
    And Baby #2 (EDD 6.15.2014)

    Ordered my veil on etsy!  Supposed to come in week.  I'm so excitedddd!

    That's really all I've done, but I've been looking for awhile and knew exactly what I wanted and finally found someone on etsy who could do it for me.
