omg.. sorta stressed. a girl on my club board was asking what we still have to do.. here is the list i gave..

make FI tell his gms to go get fitted
get FI fitted, we already picked out everything
find the tie for fi and order it
finish bm gifts
finish gm gifts
make appt for hair and makeup trials
do alterations
finalize menu
order kegs
buy wine/pop/water
figure out favors
call rentals company and add stuff to order, more chairs, table, linens
finish filling out rsvps, put labels on envelopes, mail out invites
finish program paddle fan design
finish menus
finish table numbers
finish escort cards
get marriage licenese
get banquet permit
finish paying off vendor a couple vendors
pick out all music for ceremony
finalize ceremony wording
make up day of timeline for everyone.. BP and vendors.. and parents
make a sign for reception (possibly with pics)
think about closeline picture thing.. or ribbons
figure out flowers/centerpieces/bouquets/bouts
cardbox
finish music for reception
buy pens for guestbook
find flutes/serving stuff for cake
figure out cake topper
make seating chart
figure out headtable
submit layout to venue
finish stamping napkins
save money
book flights for hm
buy hm clothes
find some one to watch my dog on wedding day and during week of honeymoon
possibly move before wedding.. (lease is up on wedding day...)
figure out accessories..
make reserved signs

i'm sure there is tons that i'm missing.. but i'm sorta stressed now!

    Omg, Sara, I can't believe you wrote it all out!  I have most of the stuff left that you wrote, minus...  stamping napkins, cake topper, toasting flutes, dog-watching, moving (we just decided to renew our lease), rentals, and banquet permit.  But I also have to book my officiant & hair/MUA.  And I also have 97 days left to do it all.

    that just gave me a panic attack!!!!!!!!!!!!  i've got 4 months and i think i have all that and some more.... better make my list!

    You'll get it all done. It makes it so easy to cross things off a list....

    I just have a few items left- dyeing crinny and shoes, picking up FI ring from the engravers, assembling the reserved signs, printing out the menu cards (since our menus seems to keep changing/evolving), make a fairy wand...

    and a few other things... but those tasks are being delegated to family. :)

    And I plan to be done by Wednesday night since Thursday is Kira's 2nd brithday. So if it's not done by then... it's not getting done! :)

    I'm feeling like I don't have much to do besides all the last minute details, so I'm not motivated to do anything.

    I need to:
    book wedding night hotel
    buy HM plane tickets
    passports
    buy HM clothes
    figure out rehersal dinner
    finish getting addresses & mail invites
    finalize & print programs, menus, name cards, etc.
    figure out floorplan & seating chart (after we get RSVP's)
    figure out what FI is going to wear
    find someone for hair & make-up and do trial
    buy shoes and jewelry and undergarments
    flower girl/ring bearer outfits
    ring bearer pillow or box
    finalize vows
    finalize menu
    finalize song lists
    finalize time line
    finish & order guest book
    pay for everything!

    wow reading this once again made me super stressed. But I so need to do it too. Guess what I am doing tonight afeter the wee ones are in bed

    Ugh, I need to update my list, but I'm afraid if I get too detailed I'll freak out at the length. And Sarack, I have about as much but even less time!! (I don't know day count, just that it's under 80!!!!!) I'm sooooo super-stressed about finding who's going to do my hair that I've been avoiding the topic altogether. I'm afraid I'm going to procrastinate so long that I'll end up having to attempt some crap myself. And yet, that fear still isn't enough to help me figure it out.

    I just completed a bunch of checks yesterday so I was happy!

    Here's my list of to do's

    My Dress fitting
    Getting FI tux figured out
    Getting his GMs figured out
    telling GMs about tuxes
    finishing up BM gifts
    finishing GM gifts
    Parent Gifts- i have no idea what to get them yet.
    getting a gift for my friend/vendor
    Getting marriage license
    FI getting his passport
    getting my final haircut/color
    finalize everything with our officiant
    finalize must take pix
    ordering our RD invites
    buy hm clothes
    and just save as much $$ as possible for last min things

    then we'll be MARRIED! Can't wait.

    We finalized the invite list today (finally!) so that biggie is done.  Whew!  What's left:

    - decide on GMs' shirts, and let them know so they can order them
    - decide on FI's outfit, and buy it
    - order welcome bag goodies
    - order mason jars
    - order flowers
    - select hair stylist and confirm him
    - confirm cake order (we know what and with whom, but just need to finalize the order)
    - make seating chart
    - make place cards
    - make tags for welcome bags
    - order guestbook
    - make ipod playlists
    - write vows
    - do wedding dress alterations
    - finalize our menu at the reception dinner venue
    - buy FI's wedding band

    Oh, and the biggie - assemble invitations, address envelopes, and mail invitations!
