Re: Caterer help!!

  • Bekker's Catering (formerly West Coast Catering) http://www.westcoastcater.com/cateringSanDiego/index.htm

We used them for our wedding and had a great experience. We got lots of compliments on our food and they have many different food options at a variety of price points.

  • We're using Affordable Affairs, David, the owner works directly with you and creates a menu that fits your budget and tastes. My weddings not til next year but we already have the menu done and I'm sooo excited about it. If you decide to give him a try tell him Alia referred you:)

hi... i used www.tierracosta.com for all my catering needs for my weeding... the owner is a real chef... so u know ur guest will be talking about the food years to come... i had two other friends try the other two catering companies that the other two users mention the food is horrible and the prices were sooooo high... you can ask for a sample of the food before you even order it with tierra costa catering...good luck and congrats!!!

Actually we got to taste the food at Affordable Affairs, and the food is great. The prices are also better than most when I shopped around. That was kind of a rude comment!

  • I'm currently talking to Encore catering - they offer no-obligation tastings and so far seem VERY willing to work with our budget. The first tasting we had with them was pretty delicious! www.cateringbyencore.com

One thing to remember: The wedding is just one day. The marriage is all the rest of them.
