  Hello,
  I would like to give feedback from my wedding and vendors that I used. Hopefully it helps for future brides.
  Reception: VIP Contry club. They get A++. They were great. Food was incredible. Service was excellent. It was everything that we wanted.
  Cake: Fleeweood bakery. A++. Not only did the cake look good. Everyone said it was the best cake that they had. I had to have 2 pieces, it was delicious. Bakery was very helpful and they do tasting which made it easy to choose the right cake.
  Dresses: From Meme's bridal: B. Dress was nice. They ordered bridesmaids dresses late and were not honest on delivery date. I was not pleased with alterations. I was tripping over my own dress at the wedding.
  Limo: Top class limo. F. Limo driver was very unprofessional and they did not provide what they promised. And when I complained day after. They basically did not care and said that we not here to please everyone. They are nice originally but not at the end.
  DJ: Jimmy Dee: A+ Ritchie was great. my side is Armenian and my husband is greek. Ritchie was able to please everyone. Everyone was happy with music. I was very nervous how it will turn out, but he made it work. Will definitely recommend them.
  Photo: Fantasy Fllass: A+. Ann was great, easy to talk to  and pretty much did everything that was asked of her. She was very professional.
  Flowers. Ava's flowers from Bronx: C. Center pieces were great but he never delivered my cake flowers and refused to refund my money.
  Bridal shower we had at Julianos and they were great . A.

  I would try posting this on your local board as well. The ladies there that are going to be planning there weddings will find your info very useful I am sure.

  You really need to post this on your local board.  It's nice that you did all this but it does no good here.  First, none of us live where you live and second we are all already married.

  In response to "they did not deliver what was promised". Clearly the client does not have a valid reason for being unhappy; or else she would have stated her issue. The bride was unhappy having to pay overtime charge .When my driver tried to collect the overtime he was told he would get paid at the reception hall. That is not what was agreed. My Driver was following company policy which is clearly stated on the contract.
   I would like to  state that the vehicle arrive 20 minute early and was the exact vehicle ordered.
  Vehicle was clean and in full working order, driver knew his route and got client to all locations safely and ontime. (Which was acknowledge by bride Via phone on Tuesday) The client  is unhappy because overtime was charged; and the  procedure to collect cash balance was inforced.
  My driver for 10 years  is my most requested driver.; see reviews on our website his names is mentioned numerous times (MIKE). If he were rude and unprofessional , He would not be apart of my staff for 10 years.  She was about 40 minutes late to church and left church 2 hours later. ( I have GPS on my vehicles and can proof this). That is why she incurred overtime. Her package was for 3 hours and we gave her an additional hour free.  He only charged her for  an 1/2 hour, when it should of been an hour. if he were rude he would have charged the whole hour.
  The Client called me on Tuesday and expressed she was disappointment.  (I was already given the heads up from my driver ; who felt we may get a call regarding the overtime; the driver explained to me  how it was tough getting paid so he only charged a 1/2 instead of the full hour. I  never told her we cant make eveyone happy. I asked and confirmed her email so I can sent her a complaint form so that we can look into the matter further. I never heard back from bride.

  I never complained about overtime. He was asking for money in from of my guest under the rain in from of the church. And for 20 minutes we could not find the limo because driver was on his cell phone. And when I called the company, they were very rude. Suggestion DO NOT USE TOP CLASS LIMO, dont spoil your wedding.

  Your not being honest.  The Driver asked you several times for your balance you and your family kept blowing him off. When you came into my office ; I explained our cash balance policy and overtime to you and your mom, You were advised of our cash balance procedure and overtime charges in advance.  The driver was following policy, he became firm when he over heard someone say he wasnt going to get paid.  Mike never disappeared he was at the front the limo informing me of over time and that you were  still in church and no body paid him.  It was drizzle not rain. His umbrellla was  beach size . Again I have gps on my cars  and can prove he never left the church. he was talking to office, I will show you his phone bill summary.  
  
  We are in business for 23 years and have been voted  best of yonkers , best of weddings, brides first choice award. repeatly  We are recommend by 15 caterings.  Surely , I wouldnt be working here for 8 years , and Mike wouldnt be driving for us 10  years if we were unprofessional.
  
  I am asking anyone with question about this matter to call the owner directly on his cell phone 914-447-0490.
  
  1 Fact - Driver arrived 20 minutes early .
  Vehicle Reserved was the exact vehicle delivered  in 100% working order.
  2 Fact - Overtime only occurred because bride was 45 minutes late to church.
   Overtime  was 1 hour;  driver only charged 1/2 hour, because client was upset and didnt want to pay. 
  3 Fact - over 15 caterings  hall recommend my
  Top Class Limousine ; feel free to contact any of them and ask about our service and company.
  4 Fact - of 89 reviews on weddingwire  over 20 of them complimented Mike By name .
  5 Fact- Bride changed her story from driver was unprofessional to; Driver disappeared for 20 minute.
   
  It seems like some people like to get over; even after services were rendered !!!!!!!
