  There was a PCOS thread over the summer but I can't seem to find it through the search bar right now. PCOS is essentially a hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance so getting your diet in check is key.   Darn! Maybe we can get one going again. I actually am lucky enough to not have IR. . . Regular old eating healthy, staying around 1400 calories, and 2000mg met has me losing about a pound a week for the past couple of months since my doseage got that high- but met has been the key for me. I'm now adding in exercise to increase weight loss in the hopes that my size won't restrict my dress choice!
