today i went out to pick up unemployment paperwork & spend the day w/ my mom.
well we stopped into Michael's cause i had aa 40% off coupon..so i used the coupon to buy 1 package (i need to, but i'm gonna wait for another coupon to get the other) of 18 snadlewood fans for $11.99. & while i was there i browsed through the scrapbooking paper & found a couple of patterns that would be great for the paper airplane sendoffs/guestbook pages (i'm having guests sign the paper pieces & then fold into airplanes to throw over our heads for the send off, then use them in a scrapbook instead of using a boring guest book)!
there was a sign over the paper saying it was 5 for $1 for the 12x12" pages that are normally $.59! go up to the register & they rang up full price...found out the sale had ended, but they honored the price cause of the sign!!! i got 15 pages (going to cut into 4s) for only $3!!!
