Hi Gals,
Just got married July 10th and I wanted to worn the LA Ladies to not use this vendor for Flowers, or Decorations.
I paid him in full and he bailed 3 days before my wedding, and still hasn't paid me back. He didn't have the money to pay for the flowers, after I paid him in full.
So now I'm out a lot of money, and I have yet to see the money.
SO if you ever hear of RC he gives great deals that are too good to be true, stay AWAY from this man, CON-ARTIST.
Luckily I found another florist in time...
