  • What area of the state are you looking in?

  • Our venue is booked--Lighthouse Pt Park, so New Haven area.
  • We are doing a BBQ type theme for our menu and using Emily's Catering out of Bristol. His food is AMAZING. We are offering our guests beef brisket, pulled pork, mini crocks on mac and cheese, corn bread, and family-style veggies. I would definitely contact Rick at Emily's Catering and meet with him. We are paying around $100 a person, but that includes EVERYTHING from gratuity to open bar for 5 hours (beer, wine, and a signature drink).

Oooo, thanks for the suggestion!  Do you know if they grill the stuff on-site?  LPP doesn't have a kitchen or even running water, so it becomes slighty more complicated.
