  My sister's MIL works at The Palor(www.parlorsalon.com), it is right off 45 in Germantown(alittle bit of drive) but we did our hair there her wedding and they let us bring in drinks/food and it was a blast. On Bluemound by the Zoo is a funky salon called The Innovators Salon(www.innovatorssalonandspa.com). They have very reasonable prices and I've always had a good success with the ladies working there. Hair by Juliana is also good.
