So my wedding is not until July 2014 but I want to start to get in shape for my e-pics & also learn to maintain. I see everyone saying don't think of it as dieting but as a lifestyle change so that is how i am going into this. I have not had luck losing weight before so I am hoping that the wedding can be my motivation. My FI has no faith in me due to my previously failed attempts so I definitely want to prove him wrong! My goal is to lose 40-50 lbs. So, with all of your help, tips, encouragement, suggestions & meal/snack ideas I hope to be successful. So far so good for Day 1...
