back on track!

I think I mentioned falling and hurting my tailbone. It still hurts almost a week and a half later. I can't really sit or anything. I took a week off from exercise. I had been getting up every morning and going walking with my FSIL. I decided that one week was all I could afford to take off. I walked 15 mins yesterday with my MOH. I had somewhere to be and that's all the time we had. Then this morning I got up and did a 10 minute workout I found online that's supposed to work your core. Then I have a Walk at Home dvd. Its a 3 mile walk but it separates them and its not just walking its a lot of arms and knee lifts and kicks and stuff. I did 2 miles with that and stopped for the day. I may do more when I get home from work but these inches have got to go so I can wear a wedding dress on my big day! How are you ladies doing with the diets/exercising?

  • Good for you! Hope you're not hurting too bad. Are you using walk away the pounds? I love those dvds!
