help finding a wedding dress

I found a perfect wedding dress but it is out of my budget. Can anyone help me find the designer and style number. The dress is strapless with a sweetheart neckline with a brooch at the bustline, the A-line skirt is all ruffles with a brooch on the hip. It has a cathedral length train. Any help would be appreciated. I looked on some websites but its like finding a needle in a haystack Thanks

would not let me take any pictures, told me they didn't allow any photography of any kind. did not think of writing down designer because I didn't think they would not give me the name of designer when I called.
