alright, anyone have any suggestions of places to go when your on a small budget, other then Davids?

    I went to Bridal's by Sandy in Alfred. I can't recommend her enough. Her gowns range from a few hundred up to a little over a grand (not sure what your budget is) BUT she also usually has several gowns for $99 (how I got my dream dress) that have been discontinued.

    It's a bit of a haul, but seriously, go to her. She doesn't have a website, but she is on facebook. She's super nice and helpful.

    Are you talking about Portland area?  I got my dress from Andrea's (consultant was Ashley), and they seemed to have a range of prices there.  I highly recommend them, it was a great experience and I liked a lot of their dresses.

    Formal Image in Lewiston. Franky is AWESOME!!! If you buy your dress there, alterations are a flat $75! I really cannot say enough good things about the place. They carry primarily Alfred Angelo and Maggie Satorro (spelling) dresses.

    I purchased my dress at the Bridal Gallery in Bangor and I purchased my BM dresses at Andreas in Portland.

    I'll second Bridals by Sandy - I was in their the other day for a fitting and she has a bunch of dresses that are on SUPER sale b/c they've been discontinued.  Beautiful Maggie Sottero gowns for $300, some more, and some less.  Good luck with your search!

    Hussey's General Store in Windsor,Maine "on the way to WIndsor Fair Grounds" They have a Bridal store up stairs and their gowns range from 100.00 - 1,000.00

    I vote Andrea's bridal in Portland... Julia, the owner (and all the other girls too) = aaamazing! She has a wide range of prices and styles, and you can't top the customer service :)
