Ugh last minute expenses!

So just when I thought we were pretty good on the budget category I realized I needed to buy a few things. Mainly some of the alcohol for shots on the day of, some emergency kit items, and red bull in bulk. I didn't even think to add it to the actual budget and now it's all coming up quick! Anybody else have the sneaky items show up last minute?

    Not that we forgot, but we didn't realize how quickly the tips we'll be handing out would add up....

    Yhep those tips are a killer!! We're opting to send the photographer, photobooth guy, and the banquet coordinators theirs after the wedding (with a nice thank you card and wedding photo!).

    Yeah, we have been finishing up buying gifts as well.  We decided to get our aunts, who are readers, a small gift.  We talked about keeping it in the $10-$15 range.  I found my aunt a really pretty paschmina-style scarf on sale at JC Penny for $10 so I was thrilled.  Then, my FI went and bought his aunt a bunch of stuff that that was triple our spending limit!  I'm glad he wants to get his aunt something nice, but we have a budget for a reason.  I was worried that now my aunt's gift would look small in comparison, but since I got hers on such a good sale, I think it will be fine.
