Hey Ladies,

I was looking around at the different websites and came across programs that are made out of fans and I ran it across my FI and FML, he said he was fine with it but his mother turned up nose and said it was tacky.  I thought with it being in August and hot outside could be an option.  What do you think?

    I agree...but they would have to be done nicely and formally. When I think of pew fans I think of tacky, dog eared, ones. I  do like the first pic that railwaywife posted.

    We are having an Aug. outdoor wedding as well and are planning on doing fan programs. I think they can be classy if done well, and I do think that my guests are going to appreciate them :)

    I'm thinking of doing them too because the church is not air conditioned (eek!) and I found a bunch of great ideas that look formal and classy on pinterest.
