Belladonna Cakes

Hey! I have been calling her for a month with no repsonse, so I am just wondering what her price per slice is, to see if it is even worth persuing? Thanks!

Is anyone else having problems getting ahold of vendors, this is frustrating to us!
Thanks!

Yes, we did with cakes. Ended up with Eve's Cakes: http://www.evescakes.com. She was a bit slow as well but her prices beat everyone else hands down and very yummy!

This may just be me.. but, I feel if you can't get in touch with a vendor and you've been trying for a month, they don't deserve your business!!  Plus, is that the kind of vendor you want to be dealing with as your date gets closer???  Probably not worth your stress..

I've heard good things about Anna Cakes and Mon Cheri weddings if you decide to look into another vendor.

I really do agree with you, but it seems like half of the vendors I try are hard to get ahold of, so it seems normal to have to wait! I don't know, but i feel the vendors I do haev appts with took at least a week or two to arrange anyway. LOL, it can be hard for sure!

A friend of mine got married and her cake looked AMAZING and it tasted good too! She got it from Bella Donna...and they gave her a free groom's cake all for 500.

You may want to try Heather at It's Tasty too as well.

Ohhh I'm so sorry you're having a hard time getting hold of Mary Grace! She's doing my cake as well, and trust me, it's the best cake you'll ever taste. No offense to Heather or any of the other bakers, but this was truly outstanding cake.

It does take her a few days to return calls, and she's worse with e-mails, but she never loses or forgets anything you send her or tell her. Leave her one more message and mention that Alyssa (that's me!) told you to call her, ask her to call you back between tomorrow and Wednesday (or some other specific day) and hopefully she'll call you back a little quicker.

    Good luck!

She actually got back to us the day after we contacted us (but unfortunately it was to tell us that her cake was out of our price range lol). But she was really nice about it!

Honestly, I would never ever use someone that took that long to get back to me...

I tend to agree with pp.  If the first impression they give is that they don't call or email within a reasonable amount of time, I tend to think our business is not a priority and the product will reflect that.

I swear that's not normal for her! It can take a couple of days, sometimes, but that's totally out of the ordinary. Her product doesn't reflect that at all!
