I am not yet engaged but will be very soon :] , We were going over the ceremony order and came across some sample opening prayers. They were all nice, but they were stuffy and traditional. My future hubby and I would like to pray with one another in front of the congregation rather than our pastor praying over us. However, I've not been able to find a lot of sample prayers for this particular situation. We're going to write our own in the end, but would like to see some samples to kinda of work off of. Any ideas? Or links?
