  We used Rolling V for a 55 passenger, paid with $700 or $800 including tip

  check with your hotel, our hotel (pearl River Hilton) hires a company to shuttle our guests, based on the no of hotel rooms we reserved.  I didn't even think to ask the hotel, and thought I would be spending $1000, but they are providing it free, two 25 passenger vans, making 2 trips each.  When booking the rooms they told me of this service, it is not their small van with their name on it.  Can't hurt to ask, if not free, you may get a discount.

  The three companies we contacted gave us quotes that ranged from $750 to $900. But like pp said, ask at your hotel and your venue to see if they have a deal with any of the shuttle companies (JTR is in Dover Plains. That's quite a ways from New Rochelle!)

  thanks for the info. i only contacted JTR bc i know someone who works for them and they've done weddings in NR before. will check into the rest.
